NZTRM is a business-to-business energy risk management platform that provides reporting, portfolio analytics, and data management tools for energy market participants.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NZT Digital Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NZT Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
